You gave yourself away when after getting tossed from the playoffs
you didn't even realize that the phrase "my team" is supposed to refer to the Cavs.
We are bombarded by constant advertising that molds our desires.
We are cooed into compliance by our political party of preference, while they proceed to serve their true corporate masters.
All this is done to us by hordes of expert psychologists, programmers, artists, speakers and intellectuals schooled in the art of debate who deftly distract our focus with their myriad of psychological maneuvers.
They are funded by the inconceivable amount of our wealth that has been siphoned off from this country.
Their forces are legion. They will not give up what they have learned to take.
So even though you are basically a nice guy Lebron, albeit one who has the air of entitlement of a very badly spoiled child, you must at least ACT a little humble. We can see by the level of attention you draw that your "team" has been very successful at duping us into overcelebrating someone who has yet to earn a single ring. Don't rub it in. Think about your latest playoff performance instead of still, after 7 years, doting on dubbing yourself to be The Chosen One.
Not many people feel sorry for you right now because it's hard to feel sorry for a man who makes a million dollars a week and considers us to be only pawns in his kingdom.
You will be forgiven in time by most.
Other superstars will learn from you.
